Create a Widget

-> Go to the Settings tab and click on Widgets.

-> Choose your knowledge source from the three available options.

-> Enter a Widget Name and a Brand Name.

-> Upload your Brand Logo if desired.

-> Set a Subtitle (e.g., “Talk to customer support”).

-> Choose a Button Color that matches your brand.

-> Select a Text Color Scheme Light or Dark.

-> Pick an AI Agent from the dropdown list.

-> Choose the widget Position Bottom Right or Bottom Left.

-> Set the Call Bubble Text (e.g., “Call us”).

-> Write a Welcome Text (e.g., “An agent is ready to solve your questions.”).
