Create an Information Extractor
-> Navigate to the AI Agents section.
-> Click on Actions and select Extract Info.
-> Choose when you want the extraction to occur either during the call in real time or after the call.
-> You’ll see four data extraction options:
– Text – Number – Yes or No – Multiple Choice Answer
-> Each option allows the AI agent to capture and categorize responses based on how the caller interacts.

Test the Information Extractor
-> To test the information extractor, start by making a test call.
-> After the call ends go to Inboxes, select the call, and click the "i" (info) icon
-> Then navigate to the activity tab where you'll see "Information Extracted"
-> Click the "+" icon next to the extracted fields to view the details.
