Create an Knowledge Base

-> Navigate to the "Info Base" tab.

-> Click the “Add” button to create a new knowledge source.

-> Choose one of the three options:

-URL: Import content from a webpage (single page or full site).

- File : Upload documents like PDF, TXT or DOCX.

-Text : Manually enter custom content directly. Save your source and it will be added to your AI agent’s knowledge base.

Add the Knowledge Base to Your Agent

-> Select your AI Agent from the list.

-> Go to the “Role” section within the agent settings.

-> On the right side, click “Add Attachment”.

-> Then click “Select File” and choose the InfoBase document you uploaded.

-> Once added your AI agent will use this data to give accurate and relevant responses to related questions.

Test the Knowledge Base in the Playground

-> You can also test via call or SMS to see how the agent responds in real scenarios.

-> Go to the Test LLM area inside the platform and ask questions related to the InfoBase content you added.

-> The AI will automatically use the knowledge base no need to update prompts manually.
