Power your AI agent With Call Transfer
Add the Function
-> Select an AI agent.
-> Navigate to the "Action" section.
-> Click to add the “Call Transfer” function.
Configure the Function
-> Add Action Name (e.g., General Inquiry)
-> Enter the Phone Number to transfer to
-> Set When the Transfer Happens (e.g., user asks for a human)
-> Choose a Delay (e.g., 0–2 seconds)
-> Pick Transfer Type:
– Cold Transfer – no explanation
– Warm Transfer – AI explains before transfer
-> Select "Submit"
Add the function into the agent
-> Use a natural language prompt to trigger the function
Example: “If the user wants to speak to a human, trigger Call Direction”
-> This will transfer the call to the number you set
-> Make a Live call to confirm everything works correctly (Test Call call transfer doesn't work)
