Power your AI agent With Batch Calls
Create a Batch Call
Navigate to the “Settings tab and click on
“Custom Actions. Choose your knowledge source from three options:
Add the Custom Action to Your Agent
Select your AI Agent click “Add Action” then choose the name of the custom action you created for example “Get Data” in this case and add it to the workflow.
Add the Custom Action in the Prompt
Select an AI Agent and navigate to the Prompt section. Add a text prompt that explains the use case for example if a user is looking to find properties or get data clearly describe when the custom action should be triggered then type a forward slash ("/") to reveal prompt options from the list select "Get Data" custom action as it applies to this use case.
Test the Custom Action via Call
Use the Call feature to experience how your AI agent performs in real time. Please note that while you can speak with the agent live custom actions may not function during test calls it can only function in a live phone call.
